HEREFORD, UNITED KINGDOM. Local digital marketing company, Serendipity Online Marketing Ltd (SOM) is proud to support the Little Princess Trust charity by donating £50 for every new Search Engine Marketing customer gained in 2020.
LittlePrincesses provide free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to the age of 24 years, who have lost their hair through cancer treatment and other conditions. Since they started in 2006, they have provided over 8,000 wigs and have given grants of over £5 million pounds to childhood cancer research.
They also received the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2012.
Businesses wishing to support LittlePrincesses can do so in many ways. They can make a straight donation, buy their merchandise through their own online shop or set up a JustGiving page. People can also help by donating their own hair to the charity.
As the old saying goes, “no man is an island” – and SOM believes that the same goes for businesses – especially when it comes to helping those who need help.
Graham Baylis, the director of SOM said “Bearing in mind that there can be few sadder things in the World than a sick child, especially one who loses their hair due to cancer or other reasons, I decided that I must do something, a little something admittedly, to help LittlePrincesses in their work.”
“So, from the start of 2020 (backdated) Serendipity is going to donate £50 to the LittlePrincesses charity, for every new customer gained (unless that customer has their own favourite of course).”
Graham Baylis also stated ‘That by our actions and the fact that we have been doing our best to spread the word on LinkedIn and among the other members of the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce, I hope that other businesses will join in and support a charity of their choice.
